In 2017, the Start Here button on our website was responsible for over 100 introductory phone calls.

For some, that might sound like a success. But, over the last couple of years, I’ve learned the hard way that the quantity of calls isn’t always most important. 

In the chance it helps others improve their website and avoid some of the mistakes we made when trying to turn web visitors into potential clients, I'm sharing three things today:
